TORSTEN SAFETY ISSUE

It has come to our attention that there is a potential fire hazard with our 2-wick Torsten candle when the wicks are not trimmed as outlined in the product instructions. In order to minimize any potential issue for you or your customers, we will be crediting you this week for all Torsten candle purchases. We ask that you immediately stop selling your current inventory and dispose of all remaining stock in your store. We also ask that you inform your customers who have purchased the Torsten to do the same.

If you purchased a 2-wick Torsten candle for personal use, please contact the authorized Retailer for a refund or exchange or reach out to us directly for an exchange. You can reach our customer service representatives at 626-363-6704 or info@thucassi.com.

HOW DO I ORDER

Thucassi sells only to the trade. If you wish to place an order, you may call us at 626- 363-6707, or send an email to info@thucassi. com. The first step is to complete our account application form. This can be found on our website (thucassi.com) under “Forms” in the footer. Applications are usually approved within 24 hours. Once approved, you can move forward with placing an order.

MINIMUM ORDER

The Thucassi opening order amount is $1,000. After your opening order has been placed you are considered a current account and we have no order minimum. Designers wishing to purchase below the minimum will receive a 35% discount off of MSRP. All orders under $150 are subject to shipping surcharges in addition to normal freight charges.

SHIPPING

For continental U.S. deliveries, we typically use FedEx, however, depending upon the size and composition of your order, we may use a common carrier. Shipping rates are below. Shipping rates are subject to change during the year and will be confirmed when your order is placed. Shipping costs for other areas (Alaska, Hawaii, International) will be quoted based upon your order. We can ship to residential addresses; however, surcharges will apply.

OUR PRODUCT Our candles are made with pure hand-poured paraffin wax for a long-lasting, smokeless burn. This high-quality perfume grade wax delivers a superior fragrance dispersion. The 100% cotton wick allows the flame to extinguish itself when it reaches the bottom.

CANDLE CARE INFO:

Before lighting your candle for the first time, trim the wick to 1/4- inch length. After blowing out your candle, always re-center and straighten the wick.

BURN TIME: The first time you burn your candle, allow it to burn for at least two hours. This will help your candle burn more evenly in the future. After that, please burn candle 3-4 hours at a time. When cared for properly, our 2 oz. candles burn for an average of 8 hours, 4 oz. for 12 hours, 8 oz. for 35 hours, 9 oz. for 40 hours, 28 oz. for 50 hours, and 58 oz. for 90 hours.

Our unscented 3”D x 4”H pillar candles burn for an average of 40 hours, and 4”D x 6”H for 80 hours. Our unscented 1”D x 8”H taper candles burn for an average of 10 hours, and 1”D x 11”H for 12 hours.

DIFFUSER TIME:

The amount of time our fragrance oils will last will vary depending on the size of the bottle. Our smaller bottles (270 ml.) will last about 90 days, and our larger bottles (450 ml.) will last about 150 days.
